Shri Kelavani Mandal Dhasa Trust was established in AD 1984. Shri Kelavani Mandal Dhasa Trust was established by Shri Zinabhai N.Patel. At this time there was a complete lack of educational facilities in the rural areas and the level of girls' education was very low. So the founder of this trust Mr. Zinabhai N. Patel Although was less educated, he set up the trust with the spirit of doing something in the field of education.

This trust was started with objectives like education, community service, Gauseva, health which continues till date. By this organization in AD. 1985 started Secondary school, primary school in Gujarati and English medium and Arts College in 1999 for higher education of girls. Then successively in AD 2001 MSW. And in 2005 B.Ed. Such courses have also been started. During this period B.S.W College as well as P.T.C. college was also started. Further, better educational facilities were to be provided in such rural areas but, due to his passing away on A.D.13/09/2019, one who ignited the flame of education passed away.

Presently this institute runs all the courses and her daughter Mrs. Gitaben H. Kothiya is its Managing Trustee.
