Born on 14 February 1942 and educated in institutes like Lokbharati Sanosara and Ambala, he became an agriculturist. Befitting a 21st century visionary, he started his work in a small village, achieved the fullness of the ages in the field of education and saw many ups and downs in life, after going through all these trials, he had only one weapon in his hand - Purushartha. Preserved that weapon from childhood till today. From Kindergarten to Post Graduate, B.Ed. PTC Started various courses up to Master's. An education tree was erected in the center of Dhosa for common people up to 50 km from Dhosa. Even today people still get the cold shade of education. Such an educationist passed away on 13/09/2019.

The present Managing Trustee of Sri Kelavani Mandal Mahavidyalaya is Mrs. Geetaben Kothiya. Those who are very soft and gentle nature, who are connected with the ideology of social upliftment. He passed out from Gujarat Vidyapith in the year 1990-91with Master's Degree in Social Work Department. His father Shri Zinabhai N. Patel, the founder of Kelavani Mandal Trust, entrusted the helm of the institution to him because his daughter would take this institution to the top in the field of education. From AD 2019 till date he is working as Managing Trustee.
